Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and coordinate event schedules.
• Respond to enquiries, identify sales opportunities, and upsell services.
• Host events, run Escape Room and laser arena activities, and manage karaoke rooms.
• Prepare food and drinks and ensure all areas remain clean and welcoming.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support venue operations.
