Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
Address customer inquiries and concerns about products or services pawning, redeeming, and renewing luxury items.
Provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
Record and maintain customer information, pawn tickets, and loan documents accurately
Requirements:
Previous sales or customer service experience, ideally in jewelry or retail
Basic knowledge of jewelry and pawn processes is a plus
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin is a plus
Presentable and polite, with an outgoing personality and attention to detail
Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Willing to work on weekends or holidays if needed
Willing to work at Sungai Way, Sunway Mentari and/or Kota Damansara
