Our esteemed client in the Logistics/ Transportation industry is seeking a Customer Service Officer/ Executive to join their dynamic team:
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Position: Customer Service Officer/ Executive
- Location: Jurong East
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm; Saturday half day (WFH)
- Salary Package: Basic + Bonus
Job Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate existing and new customer accounts.
- Handle inbound/ outbound communications and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Prepare shipment quotations and arrange shipments according to customer needs.
- Maintain positive relationships with both customers and vendors.
- Proactively resolve customer issues.
Job Requirements - At least NITEC in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management or related discipline.
