Palex Portugal, a leading company in the management and distribution of innovative hospital and research solutions, is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant.

Main Responsibilities:

• Management of personal and departmental email, forwarding and follow-up;
• Entering material requests, following up on their supply and invoicing;
• Supporting the sales team with delivery status requests, stock, material codes;
• Management and forwarding of customer complaints;
• Management of the customer database;
• Interaction with other departments, whenever necessary.

• High School and/or Bachelor's Degree in Health or similar fields (preferably);
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in similar roles;
• Knowledge of SAP R/3 and/or S4;
