What you will be doing?

As Customer Service Assistant, you will have the opportunity to deliver a consistently high standard of customer service whilst completing various banking transactions in our Canterbury Branch .

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building rapport face to face with our customers in a busy branch environment
• Accurately processing transactions and amendments on various types of savings accounts, such as:
  • Deposits and withdrawals
  • Faster payments/CHAPS
  • Amending account/customer details
  • Registering bereavements/Power of attorneys
• Handling large sums of cash
• Opening new savings accounts
