Position Overview
Responsibilities - Support customers with daily cargo booking activities across a range of airline products.
- Secure and confirm cargo space with airlines, and communicate capacity details to customers.
- Understand and stay up to date with the requirements of different airline products to provide accurate guidance to customers.
- Manage booking administration, including entering flight reservations into systems or templates and ensuring all data is accurately recorded.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders—customers, warehouses, carriers, customs, and others—to meet shipment requirements.
- Track and monitor shipment statuses, providing timely updates to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Billing Team to ensure accurate and complete data is provided for invoicing.
