Your Profile
Native-level German (C2)
Very good English (C1)
Proven experience or strong interest in tech/customer support
Advanced PC literacy and typing skills (min. 20 wpm, 80% accuracy)
Familiarity with MacOS and iOS is a big plus
Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends
Readiness to relocate to Greece (not a remote job)
A proactive, calm, and solution-oriented attitude
Your Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to help customers in German, resolving technical problems or guiding them through account management steps.
You’ll also need to stay updated with regular product refreshers and participate in mandatory training. After a 2-week nesting period, you’ll work independently while remaining in close contact with your supportive team and supervisors.
