About the Role The Customer Service Representative is the internal primary contact for assigned accounts. You will perform contract reviews, process daily orders, manage changes, respond to calls/emails, and coordinate with Shipping, Planning, Quality, Production, and other teams to ensure accurate information and onβtime delivery. Responsibilities Enter daily customer orders and process order changes promptly. Review customer web portals for min/max and replenishment needs; create and enter replenishment orders. Track orders approaching due dates and verify with Shipping that deliveries meet confirmed dates. Provide proactive feedback to customers regarding order changes and status. Handle customer calls, emails, complaints, and requests professionally and on time. Perform thorough contract (PO) reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
