About The Role: Customer Services Executive

From taking orders to tackling recycling queries, no challenge is too big.

Working Hours & Compensation

Monday to Friday, 8:00-4:00 / 9:00-5:00 with a 30 minute lunch break.

Starting salary: £24,650 per year, plus performance bonus.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls and emails from our valued customers
• Resolving queries with finesse, whether routine or complex
• Mastering the art of complaint handling like a true pro
