Team - Adviser Service Life

Mario Vitality is looking for a Customer Service Adviser to join our vibrant and fast‑paced department. The role focuses on building professional relationships with business partners and brokers, managing inbound calls and email in a B2B environment, and supporting colleagues to maintain the high standard of the Vitality Experience.

Working Pattern, Holiday Allowance and Bonus

Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm, 40 hours per week. Hybrid arrangement – 2 days per week in our Bournemouth office. Holiday allowance: 25 days plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days each holiday year. Bonus scheme based on target performance (details to be discussed during recruitment).

What do you need to thrive?
