We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to support order management and deliver excellent customer service across the business. This role is key to ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, delivered on time, and that any issues are resolved in a professional and solution-focused manner.

Responsibilities Capture and process customer orders accurately and on time, processing B2 B orders. Issue order confirmations with correct pricing, lead times, and delivery dates.
