Position Overview
- Registration of customers' details & Vehicle's details into System
- Issue job cards (input mileage)
- Arrange & confirm appointments with customers
- Send reminder text to each customer on the working day before (off day)
- Respond to customer queries (simple quotation, email, FB enquiries)
- Call & Text customers for car pick up, send them to invoice
- Assist SA/Manager to issue an invoice,
- Send invoices to customers via WA or email
- Collect Payment and update the system with respective mode of payment
- To update Warranty List and send to Managers weekly
- Create CN, invoices (when needed)
- Take pictures to send to customers, upon request (when needed)
- Keep track of Car Group buy/lucky draw or any other promotion
- Update customer contacts from system to company phone
- Issue SOA to credit customer
- Manage AR and send weekly AR ...
