Job Responsibilities
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone
calls.Provide basic and accurate information
in-person and via phone/email.Receive, sort and distribute daily mail /
deliveries.Provide general support to visitors.Act as a point of contact for internal and
external clients.Handle daily administrative tasks such as
scheduling, filing, and data entry.Assist in the coordination of meetings and
events, including booking rooms and arranging refreshments.Maintain office supplies inventory and place

Requirements
