Reporting directly to the Sr. Store Manager, the Customer Sales and Service Representative 2 (CSSR 2) delivers top-notch customer service in various capacities. You will maximize sales through effective assistance and help maintain organizational standards. Your role includes managing customer relations, processing payments, and supporting eCommerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maximize sales through excellent customer support
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Manage eCommerce orders from receipt to delivery
• Ensure site cleanliness and compliance with safety standards
• Assist junior representatives with customer service issues
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma with 3-5 years experience
• Strong cash handling and computer skills
