Position Overview
Responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing customer relationship management strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, loyalty, and revenue growth. This role manages CRM platforms, customer lifecycle campaigns, segmentation, automation, and analytics across marketing, sales, and customer success functions.
