Job Description
Building and refining internal AI assistants (e.G., Gems), structuring and maintaining knowledge bases, experimenting with tools like NotebookLM, and improving AI-driven workflows through testing, prompt design, and performance analysis.
Creation and translation of content to support the team with their clients and communication.
Assist in reporting and pipeline tracking to support performance monitoring.
Support the team with the creation, maintenance, and optimization of workflows in HubSpot.
Contribute to the creation, update, and improvement of dashboards and reports in Salesforce.
