Job Scope Provide course consultation to prospective customers Attend to walk-ins and telephone enquiries Process and administer new student's enrolment Assist the day-to-day customer - services & admin activities of the centre such as: Coordinating and facilitating classes for the centre/s. Centre operations Handle and resolve feedback and complaints Liaise with customers & teachers pertaining to parents' feedbacks / students' progress Handle admin duties such as: daily collections, preparation of materials for classes Data-entry and maintaining Student Management System & CRM Work with Marketing team on A&P plans Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree (In the field of Business Studies / Marketing / Business Administration / Mass Communications) At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
