Job Description
The Customer Relations Manager leads OEM customer programs from early development through launch and production. This role blends project management and account management, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams to ensure successful execution of timelines, deliverables, and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
• Lead OEM projects through full lifecycle: development, quoting, design, approval, launch, and production
• Own timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables across long-cycle opportunities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines and project goals are met
Account Management
• Serve as the main contact for assigned OEM customers
• Build strong relationships through responsiveness and consistent communication
• Drive customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth
