1. To support Sales Business Development Activities (80%):
○ Provide clients consultancy on course selection education plan (note that you will receive training and be serving as an education specialist, especially in the professional training field)
○ Engage in business development activities including meeting with corporate/ organization clients, preparing sales materials, conducting market research/ survey/ focus group interview, etc.
○ Manage a portfolio of 50 – 100 customers (including alumni, existing, and prospectus) to develop and deepen relationships with them to help provide the best educational solutions to their short long-term goals.
○ Optimize communication interactions with customers through different channels including in-person, phone calls, emails, and other online platforms.
