Our Charlottetown office is recruiting a Customer Relations Admin for our fast paced customer oriented environment. Reporting to a Team Performance Leader in our Benefit Payment Office, you will be responsible for greeting visitors and answering general health and dental claim questions, resolving customer inquiries and escalating issues as appropriate, handling incoming mail/courier, and general administration within the office. This involves reviewing claim receipts and forms and processing details into the claims tracking systems.
