The team handles customer care activities related to the quote-to-order process. This role involves entering order details, supporting customers and internal teams, and ensuring a smooth ordering experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter product and service contract orders accurately into the system
- Handle customer accounts, including complex orders if assigned
- Track and manage all assigned orders
- Respond to queries related to order status, invoices, and service contracts
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, billing, shipping, and issue resolution
- Provide price quotes when required
- Ensure timely completion of tasks as per service level agreements (SLAs)
- Escalate complex issues to management when needed
- Deliver a smooth and positive experience to customers
