Exolab is a perfumery development and manufacturing company that works with brands to create scented products from concept through production. We work closely with our partners and network of suppliers to bring new fragrance products into the market.

We are currently expanding our team and looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join us as a Customer Operations Executive / Senior Executive.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating moving parts, managing timelines, and ensuring operational activities are executed smoothly across customers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners. You will play a key role in managing order fulfilment, stock coordination, delivery planning, and operational communication throughout the order lifecycle.
