Mission:
Guide new customers through a personalized onboarding journey that addresses their unique pain points, drives adoption of core features, and empowers them with the tools and knowledge to implement JobNimbus into their business operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
+ Deliver high-impact implementation experiences for new JobNimbus customers
+ Guide customers through the implementation journey from kickoff to completion
+ Lead live walkthroughs, product training, and hands-on onboarding sessions tailored to each customer
