The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive in understanding customer needs, and experienced in moving customers through the implementation of Tipaltiβs SaaS products
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
4+ years of implementation, project management, consulting, or customer success experience with SaaS applications
Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven start-up environment
Passionate about customer service and proactively identifying solutions
(Desirable) Hands-on experience implementing and/or integrating with ERP applications such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Intacct, etc
(Desirable) Accounts Payable and Procurement knowledge
(Desirable) Ability to read, debug, and understand web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API calls, etc.)
