Job Summary
The resource will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the ATLAS Customer Onboarding. This role involves coordinating with multiple teams, ensuring all requirements are met and delivered on time. The ideal candidate should have good understanding of Stakeholder Management, Program and Project Management, excellent communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Good experience in Technical Project and Program management.
- Prior experience in Complex Project Customer Onboarding of any new service.
- Managing stakeholders and ensuring roadblocks are removed during customer Onboarding.
- Follow escalation path to ensure we meet the SLA for customer Onboarding.
- Regular review of the process for Customer Onboarding and recommend process improvements.
- Supporting SAP lead customers onboarding for customers signing the ATLAS RISE contract.
