To work in region as part of a customer's MRO Support team providing guidance and sharing best practices across multiple workstreams to ensure the skill base, process & procedures, repair strategy and growth are aligned with the current business demands and can be scaled up as the organization grows.
Acting as a key advisor to internal teams and external partners, this role focuses on sharing best practices to build repair capabilities, design repair facility and deploy repair processes that meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
