The Contract Management Department is part of our Service Business Unit and is responsible for the management of service contracts in place, aftermarket spare parts sales and Wind Turbine after-sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers; leverage relationships to ensure renewals of Service contractsDefine a common strategy in customer relationship management alongside the service operations teamDevelop new business opportunities (value-added services) and diligently pursue recapture opportunities for lost accountsPrepare Time & Material quotations and ensure backlog increase with this type of saleAssist the commercial department in negotiation of new Service Contracts, amendments and service quotations (from the b...
