The role of Customer Hire Desk Administrator in brief:- Handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers and suppliers
- Responding promptly to incoming emails, ensuring accurate and timely communication
- Logging and processing off-hire requests using internal systems
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date hire records and customer databases
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, document handling, and data entry
