: Customer Financial Service Representative Location
: Stationed in the FedEx APAC Financial Service Center, Singapore. Responsibilities : Perform Collection and improve AR performance of APAC customers Engage internal & external customers (Sales, Operations, Dispute Research Team, Customer AP/Logistics/management, etc.) to resolve issues that prevent customer payment performance Following up with customer for payment via phone calls Assisting customer in resolving billing related issues Perform administrative tasks related to credit and collection Requirements : Diploma or degree holder. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Proficiency in written and spoken Korean language as candidate will be covering Korea market.
