The person in this role will help guide attendees through photo-related processes while maintaining an experienced and attentive presence throughout the event.


Responsibilities:

• Welcome graduates and provide clear direction so they can reach the correct photo area efficiently.

• Monitor guest flow and keep lines moving in an orderly manner to support a smooth event experience.

• Use a QR code scanner to confirm participant information accurately during check-in and photo coordination.

• Prepare, sort, and maintain index cards in the proper sequence, securing grouped sets as needed for easy handling.
