Position Overview
As a Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be a member of the Customer Service team, where you will ensure performance standards are met and maintained to achieve the business objectives and reach a high customer satisfaction index.
You will report directly to our **Sr Customer Experience Supervisor** and you’ll work out of our **Salem, OR** location on an **Hybrid** work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall customer satisfaction by managing order processing, purchasing activities, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. You will play a key role in maintaining customer accounts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver quality service and resolve issues efficiently.
