Position Overview
Take charge of customer satisfaction as a Customer Experience Leader at Michaels in Grande Prairie, AB. Command front-end operations while ensuring a memorable shopping environment.
You will oversee the execution of front-end operations and ensure that customer service standards are met and exceeded. Your role as a leader will involve training team members, managing shrink and safety programs, and coordinating in-store events to engage customers. Through effective guidance, you'll enhance both team performance and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead adherence to SOPs and manage front-end effectiveness
• Organize in-store events and manage omnichannel processes
• Train and mentor customer experience associates
• Implement processes for safety and shrink reduction
• Support cash reconciliation and inventory management
Requirements:
• Previous experience in retail management is preferred
• Capable of standing, lifting, and reaching as needed
