Limina is seeking a leader for its customer experience team. In this role, you will map the implementation process, scope professional services, and manage account relationships. Your expertise will enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the agility of our solutions, responding dynamically to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end implementation process for clients
• Launch and manage a professional services offering
• Lead L1 and L2 customer support effectively
• Conduct QBRs and enhance account management relationships
• Serve as the internal voice of the customer to shape product roadmap
Requirements:
• 6-10 years in a client-facing role, ideally in consulting
