About the Job
We are on a transformation journey to bring customer centricity into the DNA of our organization. We are looking for a motivated and curious intern to join our Customer Experience team to support in the execution of key CX programs to bring our CX strategy to life.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience by contributing to the planning, preparation, and delivery of the OE NPS program. This is one of our main initiatives to gather and manage customer feedback. The OE NPS program is central to how we listen to customers and translate their voices into actionable insights across the organization.
This is an opportunity to learn how customer experience works in practice within a global organization, while making a real impact.
