Description
Customer Experience Associate – responsible for delivering exceptional customer interactions while efficiently handling financial transactions. You will advise clients on banking solutions and support a positive, inclusive customer experience.
In this role, you will
- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following standardized procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.
- Understand and determine customer needs to recommend tailored banking solutions while exercising discretion with confidential matters.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard activities when necessary.
