Position Overview
Job Description The Customer Experience Account Support Management Graduate will support and manage customer accounts across the HPE Services portfolio, ensuring the delivery of proactive and support services, building trusted relationships, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role is primarily onsite at HPE partner/customer office.
What You’ll Do - Oversee onboarding and regular post‑sales operation of CompleteCare and GreenLake customers
- Ensure successful delivery of contracted proactive and support services in a B2B environment
- Develop and maintain a strong trusted relationship with assigned customer(s)
- Lead service improvement initiatives to meet account objectives, scope, time, budget, and quality expectations
