Education & Experience
- High School Diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
- Preferably with background in Customer Support / Technical Support (WordPress-related experience is a strong advantage).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to engage with customers warmly and effectively; maintain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with WordPress core, plugins, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in analyzing logs, console errors, and server responses is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress (installation, plugins, common errors, troubleshooting).
- Ability to translate technical issues into simple, user-friendly instructions.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage but not always required.
- Proficient in handling support ticket systems or helpdesk software.
