Customer Engineering Service Technician
Location: Penrose, New Zealand (req26692)
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for mechanical maintenance of equipment across customer and BOC sites with a focus on medical, industrial, food, scientific, and hospitality industries
- Installation and removal of equipment is part of your role
- You will calibrate and test gas analyzers at customer and BOC sites
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment is required in this role
- Refurbish Cryogenic Gas vessels and supply pumps
- Conduct audits and inspections of equipment in line with codes and standards
- Complete planned maintenance and breakdown tasks as required
- You will communicate effectively with customers both face‑to‑face and over the phone
- Also, you will collaborate closely with local project management and sales teams
