Position Overview
Job Description Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Senior Field Service Engineers (Customer Engineers) in installing, maintaining, and upgrading customer equipment
Use digital analytics for troubleshooting
Apply basic diagnostic techniques to assess equipment and address technical issues, with guidance from Senior Field Service Engineers (Customer Engineers)
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems (training provided)
Coordinate and communicate directly with customers
Participate in projects/assignments in meeting organization goals
Fulfill additional duties, as assigned
Minimum Qualifications: Completion of an Associate degree, Diploma or field service experience
2+ years of work experience in customer/field service support, or a related technical field
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
