The Opportunity:

Vianai is looking for an experienced Customer Engineer who will augment our human-centered products through customer interaction and proviging technical workarounds. We need you to drive technical changes for our clients and support them as they are brought onboard and up to speed. Our ideal Customer Engineer is hands-on, collaborative, self-motivated, and innovative. + Collaborate with a diverse team of Designers, Developers, Engineers, Data Scientists both internally and with our customers.

+ Perform hands-on and in-depth investigations /debugging at all levels of our software stack.

+ Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability.

+ Communicate and present at all levels in a clear and simple manner showing good relationship skills and being a strong team player.
