The Brau Customer Engagement Team is responsible for the overall communication to the company. Our business has built its core around customer service and going the extra mile for our clients. Therefore, this role requires great attention to detail and the highest level of customer service in order to elevate the customer service journey.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities - Manage all communications received by Brau (WhatsApp, Instagram, Calls, Emails, Online Bookings)
- Develop and improve Brau customer engagement scripts
- Respond to all enquiries with the high standards set by the Customer Engagement Team
- Facilitate complaint resolution
- Managing and optimizing the salon schedule
- Meet monthly sales targets
