We’re Hiring - Customer Engagement Role/Sales
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell MCMCER’s certificate and professional development courses to students, working professionals and institutions.
• Engage with prospective learners through calls, emails, and Whats App to convert leads into enrolments.
• Maintain relationships with students, track their progress, and provide post-enrolment support.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation and outreach campaigns.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and assist in developing growth strategies.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong productivity and ability to handle multiple leads efficiently
• Quick learner with an understanding of course offerings and learner needs
• Highly organized and goal-oriented with attention to detail
• Prior experience in education sales, edtech, or client relations preferred
