Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell MCMCER’s certificate and professional development courses to students, working professionals and institutions.

• Engage with prospective learners through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert leads into enrolments.

• Maintain relationships with students, track their progress, and provide post-enrolment support.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation and outreach campaigns.

• Prepare weekly performance reports and assist in developing growth strategies.
