Customer Content Designer
An established insurance organisation isΒ a Customer Content Designers to support a major customer communications program.
The focus of these roles is improving how customers experience mandatory and regulatory communications across letters, email, SMS and digital channels. You will work on transforming complex insurance language into content that feels clear, accurate and customer focused.
This role combines customer communications writing with elements of UX thinking and template design. You will collaborate closely with designers, business stakeholders, legal and compliance teams in a fast moving project environment.
