Job Introduction
We are recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist to join our Mercedes division working at our Customer Contact Centre based in our Mercedes-Benz Dealership in Lincoln. You will be working 37.5 hours per week between Monday - Friday, on a 3 week rota (8am – 4pm, 8.30am – 5pm & 9am to 5.30pm). You will also be required to work 1 in 6 Saturdays, paid as overtime.
Once probation has been passed you will receive OTE up to £30,000 plus benefits.

Dealing with Aftersales calls, booking customers vehicles into the Dealership for service or repairs
Accurate data inputting of customer details
Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction
