**Responsibilities**

+ Serve as the initial point of contact for all BayCare Health System hospitals via hospital switchboards.
+ Responsible for responding promptly to internal and external customer inquiries, transferring calls to appropriate areas, working through various emergency response codes/plans, scheduling customer appointments for various procedures and/or through various departments as well as resolving issues in an appropriate and timely manner.
