The Customer Care Specialist is the first point of contact for the customer after the sale and walks with them every step of the way through the design, manufacturing, and installation process. Acting as the customer’s advocate, this role provides clear communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle while building strong relationships with key internal teams including Sales, Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Installation.
