We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist in Barcelona to strengthen our Customer Care team. This role is critical to ensuring a high‑quality patient experience while supporting operational excellence in a fast‑growing, cross‑functional environment. The position requires close collaboration with internal departments (Logistics, Quality, Sales, Operations) and solid attention to detail.
