Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Utilize internal and external resources to offer top-notch service.
- Identify and escalate high-priority or unresolved issues to appropriate teams.
- Route calls to the correct departments and document all customer interactions according to standard procedures.
