This individual will handle inbound inquiries via email, ticketing systems, and—soon—live chat, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution in alignment with company policies and standards. The ideal candidate is empathetic, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, ticketing systems, and live chat (as implemented)
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies
• Document interactions and resolutions accurately within CRM systems
